Production network
A worldwide network prints your voyage.
Every shipped Voyaprint is produced by a vetted local 3D-print partner, automatically picked for the best price and shortest delivery to your address. The bar below shows how much of that combined network capacity is in use right now.
Combined load across every partner printer in the network. Refreshes daily — even at peak load there is always headroom for new orders, with the next-best partner picking up overflow automatically.
How your order finds its printer
When you click Print & ship my voyage, the order goes through three checks before it lands on a print bed.
Route by destination
We start with the partners closest to your shipping address. Short distance means faster delivery, fewer customs steps, lower carbon footprint.
Compare live quotes
Each candidate partner returns a live quote for the exact dimensions, material and finish of your voyage. The cheapest viable price wins — that's the number you see at checkout.
Confirm capacity
If a partner is already at full load that day, the order auto-rolls to the next-best printer. You never see "out of stock" — there's always a printer with capacity.
Why a network, not one printer?
Lower price. Partners compete on every order. The same model could be cheapest in Berlin one week and in Toronto the next; we let the routing pick automatically instead of locking you to one printer's fixed price list.
Shorter shipping. A partner on your continent ships in days, not weeks. For a US order that's a US partner; for a Tokyo order, a Tokyo-region partner. International freight only kicks in when no closer partner has the right capability.
No single point of failure. A printer down for maintenance or out of filament just means the order goes to the next candidate — you don't wait while one machine catches up.
What does the capacity bar actually show?
It's the share of total daily production hours across the network that is currently committed to in-flight orders. The number is updated every 24 hours.
A high number means we're close to our maximum capacity — printers staying busy, partners profitable, the operation healthy. While there's headroom, the routing always keeps spare slots and the next-best partner takes overflow automatically.
If the bar reaches 100%, we may briefly pause new orders until capacity opens up or we onboard additional partners. If you run a print shop and want to join the network, reach out at partners@voyaprint.com.
