Shipping Policy

Where we ship

Voyaprint ships physical prints to 50 countries through a network of regional fulfilment partners. The partner who makes and ships your model is selected based on your shipping address so the print travels the shortest distance possible.

The current shipping list:

Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE, United Kingdom, United States.

If your country isn't listed, write to support@voyaprint.com and we'll see if we can add it.

How long it takes

The total time from order to delivery has two parts:

Total realistic range: 7 – 21 business days. Holidays and remote destinations can extend this.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as the carrier scans your package. You can also see the latest status on your order page in the app.

Customs and duties

For shipments crossing borders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees charged by the destination country. We do our best to declare the package correctly and at the actual transaction value to keep these to a minimum.

Address accuracy

Please double-check the shipping address you enter at checkout. Once an order has been routed to a fulfilment partner we cannot change the address. If a package is returned to the partner due to an incorrect address we can re-ship at your cost or refund the order minus the production cost.

Lost or undeliverable packages

If tracking shows your package as undelivered after the standard transit window plus 14 days, contact support@voyaprint.com. We will open a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement at our cost as soon as the carrier confirms the package is lost.

Gift orders

You can ship to a different address from your billing address and add a short personal note that the partner will print on the packing slip. The recipient does not see prices or order details.
