Voyaprint is a browser-based design tool that converts a real travel route (from a Google Timeline export, geo-tagged photos or a hand-drawn path) into a 3D-printable topographic model, and an online store that sells token packs and physical prints.
You sign in with an email magic link or Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. We may suspend an account if we believe it is being used to violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
You retain all rights to the underlying GPS data and the photos you upload. By using Voyaprint you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to process that data for the sole purpose of generating, storing, and shipping the model you ordered.
The 3D model file we produce for you is yours to keep, print, and share for personal use. Our software, branding, and the standard label fonts and templates remain our property; you may not redistribute them as a separate product.
When you order a physical print we route the file to a fulfilment partner whose service area covers your shipping country. Lead times, materials, and shipping carriers vary by partner. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Custom-made prints are non-returnable except where defective or damaged in transit, in line with EU consumer law (Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive) and equivalent rules elsewhere. Token packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase only if no token has been used. See the Refund Policy for the full rules and how to claim.
You must not use Voyaprint to design or print models containing hate symbols, content that infringes third-party intellectual property, or anything illegal in your jurisdiction or ours. Full list in the Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, upstream outages (Firebase, payment processor, fulfilment partner), or force majeure may temporarily affect the service. We are not liable for inability to access the service during such events.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Voyaprint is limited to the total amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
You can delete your account at any time from the account dropdown. We can terminate your account if you breach these Terms; if we do, we will refund any unused token packs purchased within the last 14 days.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email and published here at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Israel unless mandatory consumer-protection rules give you the right to bring proceedings in your own country.
