Acceptable Use Policy

Voyaprint is for celebrating real journeys. To keep it that way for everyone, please don't use the service to design or order:
Prohibited content
- Hate symbols, neo-Nazi imagery, or text promoting violence against people based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any protected class.
- Sexually explicit content or content that sexualises minors.
- Threats, harassment, or doxxing of named individuals.
- Branding, logos, or trademarks you do not have the right to use commercially.
- Maps, names or geographic features taken from copyrighted sources without a licence.
- Content that is illegal where you live or where the print will be shipped.
Prohibited behaviour
- Attempting to bypass the unlock or payment flow.
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, or automatically harvesting our service.
- Using one account to abuse rate limits or create many waitlist signups.
- Re-selling Voyaprint output as a separate commercial product.
Intellectual property
Place and city names from OpenStreetMap and elevation data from public sources are used under their respective open-data licences. Personal use of the resulting print is fine. Commercial resale of an unmodified Voyaprint output is not.
If you believe content uploaded to Voyaprint infringes your copyright, write to support@voyaprint.com with the relevant details and we will investigate promptly.
Enforcement
We may, at our discretion: refuse to fulfil an order, refund the buyer, suspend an account, or block an IP. Repeat or severe violations may result in permanent termination without refund.
Reporting
To report content that violates this policy, write to support@voyaprint.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
